ReeBite (“we,” “us”) sells custom-fit performance mouthguards designed by Dr. Jessica Delgado, DDS, MS. This policy explains how we handle information collected through reebite.com.

Payment information — processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
Health/intake information — collected only through our orthodontic practice's HIPAA-secure system, not on this website. See our HIPAA Notice.
Usage data — basic analytics (e.g., pages visited) to improve the site.

To process and fulfill your order and renewals

How we share it

We share information only with service providers who help us operate (such as our payment processor and our practice-management system), and as required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

Payment processing

Card payments are handled on Stripe's secure, PCI-compliant systems. Payment records reference an internal order number and never include health information.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. Health-record requests are handled under our HIPAA Notice.
